6. Payment and Fees

• Advertisers agree to pay all fees associated with their campaigns as outlined during the ad setup process. 

• Payments are non-refundable except in cases where campaigns cannot be launched due to platform errors. 

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are the property of Masjid Solutions or its licensors. 

• Users may not copy, distribute, or use any part of the Platform without prior written consent. 

8. Liability

• We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Platform, including campaign performance, technical issues, or third-party actions. 

• Advertisers are solely responsible for the content and impact of their ads. 

9. Termination

• We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Platform. 

• Users may discontinue use of the Platform at any time but remain bound by any outstanding obligations. 

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the United States. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.
